STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Coaching Mastery is an educational workshop run by Chris Morris Limited t/a Chris Morris Training Events. Bookings are subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and Chris Morris Limited relating to your Coaching Mastery booking.

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
Full payment must be made at the time of booking. You may cancel your booking within 10 days and get a full refund. If you cancel your booking after 10 days but before the workshop starts, you will get a 75% refund. If you don't turn up and haven't cancelled in advance, no refund will be given. If you attend the workshop, participate fully throughout both days and believe at the end of the second day that you haven't received any benefit, you can claim a full refund. This refund guarantee applies only if you attend the workshop and participate fully. To claim a refund, you must speak to a representative of Chris Morris Training Events at the workshop and ask for a refund claim form. No refunds will be processed after the event - you have to speak to a representative at the event.

JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
We will send you joining instructions at least 15 days before the workshop starts. These will contain details of the venue, start times and other relevant details.

CANCELLATION BY CHRIS MORRIS TRAINING EVENTS
We reserve the right to alter the dates, venue, course content or cancel any course at any time without liability.

DATA
When you place and order, all personal data provided to us will be used in accordance with data protection laws and our privacy policy.

OUR PROMISE
We will use all reasonable care and skill in providing the workshop but we do not guarantee any results, save for our guarantee above. Any decisions you make are your own and you remain wholly responsible for any decisions make and actions you take. By attending the workshop you release the trainers, their assistants and the event organisers from any claim relating directly or indirectly to the training.

UNFORESEEN EVENTS
We are entitled to delay or reduce the level and/or scope of our service(s) if we are prevented from or hindered or delayed as a result of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
